»KOMO« is an aural mantra. In some introverted, self-contained way a minimalistic phrase of strings is repeated again and again, compressed by use of a traditional canon. Digital sound irritations by i-phone-App, Laptop and analogue deformation establish a conscious dialogue with the melancholic, prevailing tone of the loop. The minimalistic progression of the sound elements is underlined by various video clips. Just like the music the original formal structures of the visuals are broken open by reduction, blurring and composition and appear in a new context.
