FREIE KALLIGRAPHIE TRIFFT EXPERIMENTALMUSIK

EMERGE, MARTAVICTOR, ACID DISCHARGE (AUGSBURG) MIT SZMT (FRANKFURT): Schreibgeräusche bilden die Basis dieser interdisziplinären Performance: Die Klangkünstler EMERGE, szmt und acid discharge bedienen sich mit Tonabnehmern der Arbeit von MARTAVICTOR, die mit Kalligraphie-Werkzeugen auf diversen Papiersorten Geräusche erzeugt. Dabei ergeben sich mannigfache Variations- und Verfremdungsmöglichkeiten. Umgekehrt reagiert MARTAVICTOR visuell auf das akustisch Geschaffene. So entsteht ein synästhetisches, intuitiv geführtes Ineinanderfließen von momenthaften Klanggebilden, das live abgefilmt und projiziert wird.

CALLIGRAPHY AND EXPERIMENTAL MUSIC

EMERGE, MARTAVICTOR, ACID DISCHARGE (AUGSBURG) WITH SZMT (FRANKFURT): PHONOGRAPHIA creates a feedback loop between intuitive calligraphy and sound. Recorded sounds of writing with different tools onto various types of paper are the only source material the musicians use. The variations and treatments they apply to the sounds are then turned into visible sound-writings in the form of abstract calligraphy.
