REPELLUS UND IFLY V
PETER FISCHER (CH):
Seit 1987 erschafft der Autodidakt Peter Fischer seine Projektionsmaschinen. Verbaut werden dafür Elektroschrott wie auch neue Materialien. Beim lab30 zeigt er den Repellus und iFly V: Videoprojektion auf fallende Glaskügelchen und eine Diaprojektion auf bewegter PVC-Platte. Im Vordergrund der Apparate steht der spielerische Aspekt: Hier gibt es keine versteckte Botschaft – die Projektionsmaschinen leben von und für ihre Betrachter*innen.
REPELLUS AND IFLY V

Self-taught engineer Peter Fischer creates his projection machines since 1987. To install them he uses both electrical as well as new materials. At the lab30 festival he exhibits “Repellus” and “iFly V”: video projection on falling glass beads and a slide show on a PVC plate. The emphasis is on the playful aspect: There is no hidden message - the projection machines live by and for their viewers.
